Summer Shipping Disclaimer – Body Butter Products

Please note that our body butters are made with natural ingredients and contain no synthetic stabilizers. During the warmer months, especially in transit or in hot mailboxes, these products may melt or soften due to high temperatures.

To help reduce the risk of melting:

• We recommend choosing expedited shipping where possible.
• If your package will sit in a mailbox or on a porch in the heat, consider having it delivered to a location where someone can receive it immediately.
• Upon arrival, allow melted body butter to cool at room temperature or refrigerate briefly before opening. Texture may change, but product quality remains the same.

Luna’s Natural Soaps & More is not responsible for melted products during transit. We do our best to package carefully but cannot control weather conditions.
